Lovely 4 Bed home in Nottingham, England

We have a detached family house in a leafy suburb of Nottingham, 15 mins drive/bus from the city centre. We are right next to Wollaton Hall, an Elizabethan manor, which is surrounded by a large deer park (lovely strolls!) + golf course. We cycle 15 min to Nottingham University campus, where we both work. It's 45 min by car to the Peak District National Park, 1.5-2hrs train to London and 30 min to East Midlands airport.

We have two large double bedrooms, + one twin with children's bunks + 1 single. There are all the normal mod-cons, + use of a car, computer with wireless broadband. We have a garage, front and rear garden, and bikes (two adult, one child's, plus double children's trailer). Our piano is a bit ropey, but in tune.
