Lovely 4 Bed home in Richmond, Melbourne, Australia

Our comfortable home is located in inner Melbourne in Richmond, a cosmopolitan area noted for its shopping and cafes. Iconic attractions such as the MCG are walking distance and tram and train access is minutes away. It also is a perfect base for touring the east coast and Tasmania.

Our home is Federation style with four bedrooms and two living areas with a small leafy courtyard. It is a lovely, friendly neighborhood.

In 2009 we had a six week trip to the US and were able to secure a non-simultaneous swap with a couple from London who stayed in our home. In April this year we completed the swap, staying in their home.
As our children get older we are starting to get locked in Victorian school holidays but we are travelling from Melbourne to Italy on May 27, 2011, taking in Croatia, Vienna and Prague before returning around July 1.
If there are any options for these places we would be keen to hear. Alternatively, we are open to non simultanous swaps. Also we are travelling to the Gold Coast from Jan 24 to Jan 31 and are open to local families staying at our house with a view to us staying at their home later.
We are not in a position to entertain swaps to the UK at this time.
In the longer term we are happy to consider swaps in Australia and NZ after mid 2010.
