Lovely 5 Bed home in Bordeaux, France

Our house is a small chateau surrounded by vineyards in a village on the Garonne river about 15 minutes drive south of Bordeaux. The house is set in 10,000m2 of land, with surrounding gardens, an orchard and vegetable garden, a large barn where wine used to be made and a dovecote overlooking a pond.

The Atlantic beaches at Arcachon and Cap Ferret are around 45 minutes to 1 hours drive, the vineyards at St Emilion, the Medoc and Sauternes all within an hour. The city of Bordeaux is 15 mintues drive and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site, offering world class restaurants, theatre, opera and antiques markets, as well as surrounding golf courses, local farmers markets and wine tasting.
