Our single storey, three bedroon, two bathroom home with central heating throughout and air conditioning in the family room is in a quiet street in Sydney's Lower North Shore near Middle Harbour, 20 minutes to the CBD. Buses are 100 metres from our door.
A good local shopping centre is 2 minutes walk and a large regional centre is 5 minutes drive.
The Northern Beaches are 20 minutes by car and several golf courses and Ku-ring-gai National Park close by.
We have a fenced swimming pool in a North facing garden. The house, on a level block, was modernised 10 years ago. Living rooms have polished wooden floors and the bedrooms carpeted. There is a separate study with internet connection, printer and copier.
There is a large carport with easy access and on site space for visitorscars.
