Just a few minutes from two large shopping malls, and 20 to 30 minutes into beautiful downtown Brisbane which has its own man made beach and entertainment area just a short walk from the main shopping area. Great beaches Gold Coast(Surfers Paradise) and on the Sunshine Coast with a number of major theme parks. Bush Walks and rainforest within an hour with quaint mountain villages.
