We have a large spacious Queensland replica home. There are three bedrooms upstairs plus a large living / dining / kitchen and two bathrooms. Downstairs there is a second living / entertainment room plus a fourth bedroom, third bathroom and home office. The home is fully air conditioned, less than six years old and has a monitored alarm system. There is cable TV both upstairs and downstairs.
Our home is located only 7 minutes from the CBD and only 1 hour from the magnificent Gold Coast. Further to this, the Morningside train station is only 200 metres walk.
We have two small boys so we have plenty of toys (including a Nintendo Wii!) and the boys love playing at the park across the road. We have a 4WD Lexus and A4 Audi which could also be available as part of the arrangement
