Our one bedroomed apartment is in South London, approximately 2 miles from Wimbledon Tennis courts (excellent for tennis fans). The flat is in a purpose built 1920s mansion block and has off road parking.
The flat is well located for transport. The mainline train station is a 10 minute walk and central London (Waterloo station)in 20 minutes away. We are near good road links for those wanting to venture outside London(e.g. Oxford 60-70 mins, Brighton 50-60 mins drive, Bath 2 to 2.5 hours), and is an easy drive to Gatwick and Heathrow. We may be willing to include our car in the swap.
