Our house, renovated in 2001, is in a small, quiet, residential area called Montione, 7 km east of Pisa and its airport. Lounge with wood burner and kitchen leading to rear garden. Brick bbq and gazebo in front garden. 3 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom, study.

The countryside is reached quickly on foot or by bicycle and the nearby Pisan hills are the perfect place for walking and offer numerous trattorias and restaurants. Locally we have all essential shops, food markets, bars, pizzerias, and ice-cream parlour.

We are perfectly located for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, the sea, 20 mins away and even skiing in Abetone and Sestola resorts, approx 2 hrs away.
