Cosy 2 bed apartment in Lorient (Western France)

My apartment is on the first floor of a small building situated in a very quiet place, only 5 minutes’ walk from the center. The apartment is 90 square meters,and can host 4-5 people.
The living room (renovated in 2015) is facing south so it’s sunny even in winter, very cosy and comfy. I have a small balcony overlooking a garden which can fit a table and two chairs, very nice in summer to eat outside or have a drink.
The kitchen is open to the living room and well equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
There is two bedrooms both with queen-sized beds and dressings.
If needed, there is another queen-sized bed in my office, a small and messy room where I work.
The bathroom is brand new, it was also renovated in 2015. It has a big shower and is fully equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

About the location

Lorient is a port situated in Brittany (western France) near the Morbihan gulf. There are some realy nice restaurants, bars and shops in the center, within a 10 minutes' walk from my apartment.
Its situation is ideal to explore the coast. There are plenty of beautiful beaches near Lorient within a 15 minutes' drive, also some gorgeous islands accessible by boat (Belle-Île, Groix, Houat ...). A wide range of activies are doable in the area, from the nautical sports (boating, diving, fishing, surfing etc.) to horse riding, golfing or hiking.
Lorient is also close to the famous prehistoric site Carnac with its field of megaliths.
Brittany is a gorgeous region with wild landscapes and very welcoming people!
