Accommodation offered: double bedroom, and second bedroom with twin beds (can be put together). Third bedroom can be used with one of the single beds from the second bedroom.

One main bathroom (with bath and shower) and another separate toilet on ground floor. There is a lovely garden and small patio, for sitting and eating outside. Non-smokers only, no pets.

About the location

Its in a district called Stoke Newington. In five minutes from my house you can go to about 40 different restaurants and pubs, with about 15 different types of food (including fish and chips). The area is mostly home to young professionals with children who have bought the larger houses to live near work in central London. There are plenty of bus routes with frequent services to nearby Tube stations, or take a taxi to the nearest tube ($10). By bus into central London (e.g. British Museum) is 45 minutes. Its a quiet, safe area, easy access to all of Londons sights. Some friendly neighbours will assist.

Beautiful Clissold Park is nearby for jogging and children to enjoy, and close by is an atmospheric Victorian cemetery with memorials of some famous people. There is a great indoor climbing centre nearby, and sailing on a reservoir next to a nature reserve.
