We live in a 300 year old cottage in the village of Yealmpton near (7 miles)Plymouth and 35 miles from the historical city of Exeter. We have a garden which backs onto the River Yealm and nunerous splendid walks with easy access to the Devon and Corwall coastal path and Dartmoor.
The coastal area is very beautiful and provides opportunity for water sports such as surfing, sailing and coastal trips.
The cottage, which is set in its own gardens, has beamed ceilings, 2 single bedrooms and a double en suite.
The village of Yealmptom is small but has shops such as post office, hair dresser, general store,a cafe, 2 pubs, 2 churches and easy access to the city of Plymouth. (from where the Pilgrim fathers left for America.
