Lovely 2 Bed home in Dunedin, New Zealand

We live on the outskirts of Dunedin in a light, contemporary open-plan house with large windows commanding spectacular views over Dunedin Harbour. Dunedin is a University town of about 130,000 inhabitants in the South Island of New Zealand.

The house is surrounded by a large garden, is in a quiet neighbourhood, but only a 4km drive to the town centre, shops, and restaurants. The thinly populated Dunedin Peninsula, with spectacular empty windswept beaches and wildlife (albatross, seals, nesting penguins, and other sea birds) is across the harbour from the house, but readily accessible by car. It is best explored on foot, from a network of well marked paths which also provide access to the hills at the back of the town.
