Lovely 4 Bed home in Rye, England

We have an old, 16th century house in the citadel town of Rye. We are 2-3 miles from Camber Sands - only sand dune beach on south coast. Fantastic walking over fields, beaches, cliffs. Rye is a very pretty town with excellent traditional pubs and restaurants. We rent out via the listed website and our property is The Old Surgery. Day trips to Canterbury, Tenterden, Battle and many more. 2 hrs by train to central London & we are 5 minutes from Rye station.

We have 2 cars and could leave a car if this was essential. Our agent and cleaner could be available if required. We have a 12ft trampoline in the garden, which is mostly walled.
