Lovely 4 Bed home in London SW12, England

Our house is in Balham, a quiet residential area (but with plenty of good restaurants and bars near the station!) in south west London, less than 10 minutes walk from the tube (underground) and train station. It is about 40 minutes into central London and the journey is very easy.

We have friendly neighbours, a small garden with a BBQ, and lots of children's toys and books (our boys are 9 and 7). We are two minutes walk from a park (Tooting Bec Common) with tennis courts (10 mins) and a huge open-air swimming pool (Tooting Lido; 15 mins)) and we're sure you'd enjoy living in our house and enjoying London from there.
