Lovely 4 Bed home in Middleton-on-sea, England

"Sea Fever" really does "take you down to the sea" with nothing between the house and a beach which is rarely crowded. Unhappily the small cat in the photo is no longer with me!

My Honda Civic JUST fits the garage but there is also parking on the drive. Downstairs is kitchen/breakfast room(gas cooker& F/F), lounge with doors to the patio garden, double bedroom & shower room & WC. Upstairs is another reception room with balcony overlooking the sea, 2 e/s double bedrooms & 1 double bunk room with access to Shower room & WC. There is flexibility with further beds in u'stairs reception room.
While Middleton is a quiet village there is easy access to Brighton, Portsmouth and Chichester with their more sophisticated delights!
The local bus (every 20 mins)into Bognor Regis links with the 700 coastal service between Brighton & Portsmouth via Chichester. Trains to London run from Bognor. Arundel (castle) & Goodwood need a car.
