Lovely 1 Bed home in San Francisco, USA

Beautiful and bright apartment located in Downtown SF. It's a very quiet and well kept building built in 1925. The apartment is kept in excellent shape and is always clean and fresh smelling. Has a big closet and a nice living room area with big windows. My windows faces another apartment building overlooking a courtyard. The bedroom is very cozy and sleeps 2 people. Has a very nice kitchen and dining area and bathroom is very clean as well.

This apartment is located in lower Nob Hill. It's close to a lot of shops, theatres (movies and live musical and plays) restaurants and bars. It's a very colorful neighbourhood and close to many car rental places so it's very convenient if you want to rent a car. There are a lot of spaces avalable on the street for parking. It's a 10 min walk to the muni/bart station (that's like the subway system in SF). You can pretty much get to anywhere in the city and bay area for the trains. The walk around the neighbourhood is very nice as well.
