BOOKED FOR SUMMER 2011. A lovely family home in the village of Instow, N Devon, a minute's walk to a sandy beach. Instow sits at the mouth of two rivers where they meet the sea, the beach is perfect for families and sailing, and nearby are the surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. We have a great little shop and 3 pubs within 5 minutes walk. The market town of Barnstaple is 10 mins drive away for shops, cinema and restaurants. Nearby are Exmoor, Cornwall, Exeter and Bristol.
