We have 4 bedrooms, with one ensuite, a house bathroom, a large kitchen/dining area, study and lounge with open fire and oak beams.
There is a sunny patio area and large southeast facing cottage garden; an excellent suntrap.
The village is situated between Ripon and James Herriot’s Thirsk. Within easy reach are many NT properties, golf courses, swimming, riding facilities, cinemas, and theatres. York and Harrogate are just over 30 minutes drive and the coast is an hour away.
London and Edinburgh can be reached by train in approximately 2 hours. Leeds and Durham airports are less than 1 hours drive.
