Our Georgian house built circa 1850 looks onto the sea. Gas central heating, dishwasher, satalite TV, digital piano, Ford Focus, 4 bikes. A small private back garden and large front one looking onto sea. It is set back from the beach so privacy is good. The house is very quiet.

The promenade and beach is about a mile long and is very pleasant. There is a swimming pool 5 mins away and good shops close by.

You are 20 mins from the centre of Edinburgh, with its famous International festivals in August. 1 hour from Glasgow and many beautiful walks, golf courses, children's activities, amazing beaches by car. 2 hours takes you to the mountains, islands and highlands of Scotland.
