Our home is a modern private 4 bed detached. Hull has a marina and the largest aquarium in UK and is 35 mins from the award winning Bridlington beach. The Yorkshire Dales are a 1 hour drive away, the historic town of York 35 miles, the market town of Beverly which has a minster is just 10 mins away.
The house has 2 double beds and 2 single; a nice garden and decked area set in a new area 2 min walk to large stores, super market, restaurants and local health club.
A train service runs to London 4 times a day and takes just 2.5 hours. A ferry service to Amsterdam leaves Hull daily and offers a roll on roll off service. There are numerious golf coarses.
We have a gardener and cleaner who attend once per week and would continue to do so.
