An attractive traditional Edwardian terraced house, centrally located in a pleasant residential area of Edinburgh, local shops in easy walking distance as is a large shopping mall, the Royal Yacht Britannia and the picturesque Newhaven fishing harbour and local restaurants. The renovated area of the old port of Leith with its many trendy bars and restaurants is also within a 20 minute walk. Centre of town a short bus ride or half hour walk away.

Our home has 3 double bedrooms, lounge, sitting room, dining kitchen, family bathroom and cloakroom/WC. Small garden. It is child friendly as we look after our grandchildren frequently so some baby equipment is in situ. Including a travel cot, and toys.

About the location

A regular bus service from the end of the street will take you to the centre of town in 20 minutes.

Edinburgh has many attractions for every age range including, historic buildings, castle, museums, galleries, parks, zoo and even a sandy beach ( with indoor swimming pool alongside in case of the weather!).

August of course is particularly popular during the world famous Edinburgh Arts Festival.
