Our house is a large comfortable home in a quiet street. We have a 14 metre pool and the property is on 1.6 acres of sloping land. The views from the top deck are spectacular and there are native birds in abundance. We are close to the main business centre of Cooroy which has full shopping and business facilities plus a first class library.

Lake Macdonald and the Noosa Botanic Gardens are close by and cycling and hiking/tramping opportunities abound.

The Sunshine Coast Airport with direct flights to Auckland NZ is 45 minutes away. The Brisbane International Airport is a 1.5 hour drive on a dual lane highway.

About the location

Cooroy is a bustling town in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland, ideally located amongst rolling greenhills and mountains. The town is the gateway to the Noosa beaches as well as the neighbouring hinterland towns of Pomona and Eumundi.
Noosa is 15 minutes away and has safe patrolled beaches and the world class Noosa National Park.
The Noosa River is a popular family holiday resort area with plenty of water activities available such as boating, fishing, skiing and kayaking.
Also easily accessible from Cooroy are numerous lakes, the mountain villages of Maleny, Montville and Mapleton and Fraser Island.
