It is a brand new semidetatched house located in Anguciana. Close to Pamplona, Logro�o, Vitoria and Bilbao and 1:40�from San Sebastian and two hours from France. The house has got three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a terrace all around the house and a small garden. There is a common small swimmingpool. The weather is very good. The village is small with a river and very good atmosphere in Summer. The area is full of vineyards and winneries where you can taste the best wines of La Rioja. There are very good restaurants and bars where you can taste tapas and good wines. You can do trecking,biking, horse riding and even fly aboard a globe to know all the area. Anguciana is 4 km from Haro, where you have all type of facilities you may need

About the location

It is a beautiful well kept área for local people to spend holidays. It is a rural área but there are a lot of small villages around and you can visit them walking or riding a bicycle.
It is our second home so it is posible to swap it at any time.
