Our house is on 3 levels with a terraced garden overlooking the river Wear. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a fitted kitchen, laundry room and dining room on the lower floor, a large lounge on the middle floor and the bedrooms above. We have unlimited broadband access. There are wonderful views of the medieval cathedral and castle which are World Heritage sites.
Durham is a small historical city with a large university which helps make the town lively. There are shops, market, restaurants and theatre within 5 minutes walk together with a good transport system. The railway is 15 mins walk with regular trains to London, York, Newcastle and Edinburgh.
