Compact kitchen with walk in pantry, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, gas hot water, dishwasher etc.

BBQ and chimanea on deck, outdoor furniture, shade sail as required.
Non smokers only. No pets.

Area: 10km from Kerikeri township Birthplace of the Nation (see www.kerikeri.co.nz ) A pleasant small town providing all shopping requirements, several good cafes and restaurants. Sunday morning Farmers Market.

3 km to Waipapa small village with pleasant pub, the Pioneer. Nearest beach, Opito Bay (O pea tow), 10 mins drive. 1 hour access to many Northland tourist destinations eg Bay of Islands (with townships Paihia and Russell, and access to many boat trips out into the Bay), West Coast (with its wild beaches and dramatic Hokianga Harbour), Mangonui (famous for its fish and chip cafe) and several beautiful, golden sand East coast beaches.

10 mins to Bay of Islands Airport, linking Kerikeri with Auckland International Airport 35 min flight. 3.5 hours drive from Auckland city. 1.25 hours drive to the nearest small city Whangarei. (Fong-ga-ray)
