Our home is a 70's three bedroom bungalow on a quiet road. 2 miles from the little red town of Kirriemuir, birthplace of Sir J.M.Barrie(author of Peterpan)and 2.5miles to Glamis Castle. Kirriemuir is a great central location to explore from; we are 20 mins to Dundee, 30 mins to Perth, 1hr 15mins to Edinburgh, 2hrs to Glasgow, 1hr to Aberdeen and 30 mins to the beach. We are very close to the Glens and a short drive from Highland Perthshire which are great for walking, fishing, hill climbing etc. Their are many historic sites and castles nearby and also many sporting facilites including water sports, indoor climbing and ice skating. For the keen Golfer their are many golf courses including The R&A Carnoustie, St Andrews and Gleneagles.
