We are 10 minutes' drive from the nearest beach, and just 8 miles from the cathedral city of Truro http://www.cornwall-online.co.uk/carrick/truro.htm
The house has 3 good size bedrooms. There is a family bathroom upstairs, plus downstairs cloakroom and utility room with washing machine. The kitchen is large and open plan, and a cosy sitting room plus conservatory / office space. We have a large, lawned garden ideal for children.
The local area is beautiful, with many rural and coastal walks, safe sandy beaches, picturesque cornish villages, country pubs and a handful of top quality restaurants, including Jamie Oliver's restaurant http://www.fifteencornwall.co.uk/
