The flat (one of two) is in Caulfield South, an inner suburb of Melbourne, about 10kms from the city centre. It was built in the 1930’s and has high ceilings and good sized rooms. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, dining room, kitchen, living room, study, bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry with another toilet off it. Joss's studio opens off the courtyard at the back which has a table and chairs and a gas BBQ. There is a garden at the front and off street parking.

There are all the usual domestic appliances in the flat and broadband internet connection. Automatic car possible depending on insurance availability.

We are close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The tram to the city runs past the end of the street.
