2 bedroom, ground floor tenement flat in Leith, 15 minutes walk to Edinburgh city centre. This comfortable flat has 2 double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room and a large dining-kitchen. I live here with my 2 year old son, so there is a cot, high chair and toys; children are welcome. There is access to a large garden. Leith has great restaurants and pubs, the flat is half way between the centre of town, and the shore. There are good bus services and the station is 15 minutes walk. We spend a lot of time hill-walking and at the beach which are easy drives. The Edinburgh Fringe Festival runs from the 5th August this year and there is loads going on, the whole city buzzing with street theatre and 24 hour entertainment.
