APARTMENT IN CENTER PARIS, with WONDERFUL VIEWS OF PARIS

Our apartment is located on the edge of the “Bassin de la Vilette”, the charming, largest stretch of water of Paris that you can see from our balconies. On 17th floor, the balconies also give spectacular views of Paris. Our building is quiet modern and comfortable. Lying upon a deckchair, you can enjoy the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, wooden floors everywhere.

We are a family with young children (3 and 5). We wish to exchange our large (92 square metres) 2 bedroom apartment (possible to move the children’s play room to a 3rd bedroom) in central Paris for equal sized apartment or small house equivalent preferably located near a beach or a lake.

Shows for adults and for children are organized on moored boats. It’s also a few blocks, within walking distance, from modern “parc de la Vilette” designed by Tschumi, and the traditional typically Parisian “parc des Buttes Chaumont”.
