Lovely 4 Bed home in SAN DIEGO, USA
We have a 4 bedroom 4 bath house on 1/2 acre of land located a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house has great ocean views and a deck to enjoy sunsets. It is located in the small San Diego County city of Solana Beach. Our neighborhood is a quiet residential area consisting of large estate homes.
Our house and yard are designed for relaxing in the southern California atmosphere. Inside, we have large windows for absorbing the ocean view with cozy furniture to sink into and outside we have lush flowering landscaping as well as a large playing field for kids to enjoy a big game of soccer.
A detached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house may also be available as part of the exchange.
