I live in 1/2 of a duplex on a secluded hilltop in a quaint beach town. The beach is very large, clean and completely free of rocks. Shops, cafes, supermarkets and the ocean are all close by.

I'm on the bottom floor of the duplex and a quiet, working woman lives upstairs. I have 1,000 square feet, a washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, a TV, VCR, CD and DVD players.

Los Angeles is 30 K. away, Disneyland is 40. Ideal weather: warm and dry. Come bask in the sunshine.
