It is also only 10 minutes walk to Sandymount beach. The name of the area is Ringsend and it is a lively and developing area now called 'The docklands'. It is an excellent base from which to explore Dublin and Ireland. The house is bright and I have recently refurbished the kitchen and bathroom and it has all mod cons.
