Ours is a near new lowset 4 bedroom easy-care home situated 30 minutes drive to Brisbane and same to the Sunshine Coast. Gold Coast is about 1.5 hours drive. The property is about 100m away from a tidal creek which is part of Moreton Bay with direct access into the coral sea. Fishing is fantastic and dolpins, turtles, dugongs are living in these waters. The climate is very temperate 10-20c during winter and 20-30 during the summer months. All services and shopping are close by.

Our four bedroom home (about 320m2) has 2 bathrooms/3 toilets, with aircon and fans. Broadband internet connection (unlimited downloads) but you have to bring your own laptop. Car will be included.
