Lovely 1 Bed home in SAN FRANCISCO, USA
We want an exchange in the Netherlands within an hour’s travel to Amsterdam, for 2-3 weeks anytime between June 1 and July 27. We use public transportation so want to be within 15 minutes walk to a bus or train.
We live in Emeryville, CA, very close and with public transportation to San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley. Our apartment faces the San Francisco Bay, in a very safe community. There are 2 heated swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis and gym, with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, shops and movie theaters. A neighbor will show you around and answer questions. We will scan pictures of our home upon request.
Children are welcome, but with one bedroom they will sleep in the sofa bed or futon mattress. We appreciate watering plants on our deck, but our neighbor can help if necessary. We cannot exchange cars or computers, sorry!
