Semi rural home in Wimborne, East Dorset.

Leonis is a 1930s chalet-style 4 bedroom house about 1 mile from Wimborne town centre and about 10 miles from Poole and Bournemouth. There is a local food store and post office about 5 mins walk away. We are in a quiet road next to country lanes and local country pubs.

The house has 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, both with WC. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a superking size bed, plus 1 single. There are 2 living rooms, a study, a utility room with washing machine/tumble drier, and a conservatory, as well as a spacious patio and large secluded rear garden with large fish pond.

The location is ideal for easy access to the New Forest, Salisbury, Southampton, Poole and Bournemouth, together with the wonderful beaches of Sandbanks, Studland, Canford Cliffs, Hegistbury Head, Mudeford, Kimmeridge, Durdle Dor etc. You would need your own transport if not exchanging cars. You can get to London easily in less than 2 hours by car or train or coach.

There are many walks available in the area and a wealth of good public houses, some within walking distance of our house.

We own an easy maintenance cat who is friendly but independent. You might even catch a glimpse of the odd deer in the garden. We`re quite rural, with the local fields accommodating sheep, ducks, geese, cows, horses. Lots of country pubs!

There`s Wi-Fi internet for those with laptops, satellite/freeview TV with DVD player and a hi-fi.
