Our Edwardian house is family friendly, with open plan kitchen/dining room. Light and spacious, with a wonderful garden (190 ft long). An out house contains an artist studio, a home office and a childrens room with bunk beds. Wood burner in dining room and working fire in living room. There are 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Main bathroom has rolltop bath and standing shower. We have 2 friendy cats. Piano. Playstation and Wii. We also own two cars: a Fiat Multipla (6 seater) and a vintage Morris Minor Traveller (1964 - seats 4)and a morris minor convertible. Eastbourne is nestled at the foot of the beautiful South Downs. A vibrant seaside resort in summer, it is situated on the South Coast just 60 miles south of London, easily reached by train.
