At the end of the street, there's a large park with extensive playarea, tennis courts etc. The house is close to a great set of local shops, including greengrocers, bakers, deli, cafe, butchers, bike shop and convenience stores. The historic city is a 10 minute walk away and beautiful riverside walks or cycle rides are nearby. The house has a lounge, study, cloakroom (with loo/handbasin) and modern kitchen-diner on the ground floor, with French doors to a sunny, secluded courtyard garden. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one single room) and a bathroom (with shower over bath). The attic bedroom is a double with Velux windows.
