Our primary exchange property is our family home, situated opposite Universal Studios in L.A. The area is a fun and lively area with the main attractions easily accesible. The house is at the end of a quiet tree lined street. We have a large and well maintained, resort style garden with a pool and jaccusi. There is an older BMW car which could be at your disposal.
Alternatively, we have a family apartement in New York. One bedroom, ground floor. East 63rd st.
We also have a family base in Australia. The bottom fully self contained, 1 bedroom apartment of a 3 story house on the Gippsland Lakes, in rural Victoria, 4hrs drive from Melbourne. This is a prime recreation area, boating, fishing, wildlife. Known as the Victorian Riviera.
