Chatham is a higly desirable resort/fishing village. Frommers "One of 5 highlight destinations in New England." Our home is quiet but near town, fresh water swimming, salt water beaches. 100 miles of bike trails out our driveway.
We also have a house in Naples, Florida available to swap. This is our second home, in just as wonderful a location. We offer it for rent also. Price varies with season.
