The property is a lovely terrace house in South London. There are very good transport links to the centre of London, which is 15 mins away by public transport. It makes an excellent base to explore the capital, or the counties of Kent, Sussex or Surrey where there is beautiful countryside.
Two double bedrooms are available, and a double sofabed in the sitting room. There is an open fire in the sitting room for cosy winter evenings if you chose to stay in. There is also a bright spacious dining room off the kitchen which leads onto the garden, which is a real suntrap in the summer.
I have 1 cat, and if you are willing to feed her she is no trouble and comes and goes of her own free will. If not, I can arrange care for her.
