Lovely 1 Bed home in PARIS, FRANCE
It is a very quiet and sunny apartment at the 3th floor (whithout elevator) in a end of the 19th century and small building.It has a bedroom with a bed for 2persons and TV/Magnetoscope,a bathroom with a bath and shower head up ,a separate wc,a living room with sofa(sleeping for 2 persons)and TV/magnetoscope,a full equiped kitchen and a dining room.It is perfect for 2 persons but it's possible to live and sleep for 4 persons.Our appartment is mostly free.A non simultaneous exchange is therefore possible.We have also a main residence in Arcachon(atlantic ocean)near BORDEAUX(see ID:18762) whitch we can exchange (one of them or both).
Our neighbourhood is quiet but lively.There are plenty of shops,restaurants and services (chemist's ,dentist, doctor...)around.Its location is very handy to visit PARIS because it is close to bus and metro stations( PLAISANCE,ALESIA).It is near MONTPARNASSE (many theaters,cinemas,big stores) where there are bus stations whitch provide the two parisian international airports.It is therefore not necessary to have a car ; we don't have private parking.
We are Bernard et Michelle, french, just passed sixties. We love to travel with friends and see other parts of the world. We work(agronomy engineer and sanitory inspector)but we can arrange holidays at will. But, if it is possible, we prefer to travel in march/april/may/june or October/november/december. We speak french, spanish and a little english.
