Our 3 bedroom townhouse (2 doubles, 1 office/spare room) is on 3 levels. It has a double garage with remote control opening. The house is located in fashionable Balmain area of Sydney (Inner West). There are dozens of shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking distance, although the road we are on is quiet.
The house was architect designed and very modern throughout with 2 new bathrooms with endless hot water. Modern kitchen with dischwasher and other appliances, large fridge. Washer/dryer.
There is a lovely private garden with patio area and there is also a roof terrace on the top floor with sea views.
Broadband internet access, computer and flat screen TVs.
Transport - the ferry is 5 minutes walk taking 20-30 minutes into Circular Quay in the centre of Sydney which is a lovely way to travel. Or many frequent buses into the city within 5 minutes walking distant which take 10-15 minutes.
Cleaning is provided weekly / fortnightly for a small charge.
