Lovely 3 Bed home in Purley, ENGLAND

Purley is on the London/Surrey border [1]. Given that Purley is 20 mins by train from Gatwick airport and into central London [2], it is ideally located for visitors to London [3] and/or the beautiful Surrey countryside [4]. My sister and her family also live in Purley.

The house is a 1930s style property with original features. It is very warm in the winter and light and airy in the spring/summer. The master bedroom is sunny with wooden floors and a kingsize bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double with a double futon (and a z-bed if required). The 3rd bedroom is currently my study (with internet connection) but could double up as the 3rd bedroom if needed.

It is a 5-minute walk to train station, supermarket and high street (incl pubs and restaurants).
