Our home is a first-floor apartment overlooking the Lymington River and quay, used by working fishermen alongside sailing
yachts & motorboats. We are very fond of the view, where there is always something going on.

The property consists of a large lounge fronting the view, which leads onto a large balcony. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom en-suite, with another balcony at the back of the property. So you can either sit and watch the world go by at the front or have almost total silence at the back. We have quite modern taste, the main room is very light and decorated in creams, whites & naturals. The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, larder fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A car could be available.
