It is located in the Fishermen's Quarter, it takes 5 minutes by foot to the beach and it is very close to many small shops with good quality food products and an excellent service. It is very easy to integrate in the village and feel like a "local". The house has two floors and a terraced roof with views on the beach and El Palmar.

The ground floor has a spacious living / dining room and a kitchen equipped with basic appliances (fridge, microwave, washing machine). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
