Lovely 4 Bed home in NEW QUAY, WALES

We live in a 120 year old Welsh stone-built farmhouse 3k from the coast, with access to 11 acres of private woodland nearby.
The house is a warm and welcoming family home with a large modern kitchen and dining room, 2 sitting rooms, and conservatory. We have a large garden/orchard (easily maintained).
We have chickens and a cat, but if preferred we can find alternative accommodation for them.
The area is a very unspoilt and quiet part of Wales where you will hear both Welsh and English being spoken every day in the our village. Both Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire have beautiful coastlines, with a particularly lovely long distance coastal footpath starting nearby.
The ferry to Ireland is about 45 minutes drive south from here, as is the M4 motorway to Cardiff Bristol Bath and London, the first 3 of which can be visited for the day.
Our nearest small town, Aberaeron, is 10 miles away, with a number of small villages in between. There is a good village pub 10 minutes walk away.
