Lovely 3 Bed home in St Huberts Island, AUSTRALIA
Our home is waterfront on the Central Coast of NSW and is about 1hr north of Sydney. The island has a bridge to the mainland where we have all facilities...shops, library, restaurants. There is an automatic 2yr old Holden station wagon available conditional on insurance. House has ducted air conditioning (hot/cold) and also a wood burning fire. Tinny (Aluminium boat) is available from our boat ramp. The garden is easy care and there are no pets. We have goldfish in an outdoor pond but they only need fish food every now and then. The beach is approx 3mins drive and you could walk in about 20mins
