Our two bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a block of 12 flats in a leafy area of the city, 100 metres from the Melbourne Botanic Gardens.

The apartment has an L shaped living room, separate kitchen, laundry facilities in the main bathroom and an ensuite shower in the master bedroom. It is thirty minutes walk across parkland (or slightly longer along the river bank) to the Victorian Art Gallery and the performing arts centre. The CBD is a further five minutes walk. Tram access to the CBD is five minutes away at a local shopping area with bars and restaurants.

Melbourne is a sophisticated city with strong cultural heritage dating from the gold rush period of the late 1800's.
