Lovely 3 Bed home in BROOKLYN, USA

3 story house in Park Slope, Brooklyn with 2.5 bedrooms, (can sleep 6), 3 bathrooms, kid's play room, living room/dining room, study/library, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, basement with washer/dryer, and TV/VCR/DVD, stereo system, and computers. There is a front yard and back yard with pool, BBQ, and outdoor dining area. We have 2 kids, 5 and 8, so lots of age-appropriate toys, bikes, scooters, roller-blades, etc. We have a car, which can be used by whomever we swap with and also 2 cats who only require feeding - they're indoor/outdoor, so no kitty litter is involved.

Park Slope is a family-friendly neighborhood about 20 minutes to Manhattan by train. The neighborhood has great restaurants, bars, and shopping and is accessible by public transportation. We're also a few minutes walk to Prospect Park, where you can horseback ride, rent paddle boats, bike, go to the zoo, play all kinds of sports, and attend free concerts in the summer. Also nearby are the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Children's Museum, Brooklyn Museum of Art, and beaches (about 20 miles away and accessible by both car and subway).

We will be in Europe from about July 25 through August 30 and need a place to stay the last 2 weeks of August. Whomever we trade with, however, can have our place for the entire 4-5 weeks we will be away.

Staying in Park Slope is a good way to way to enjoy all that Manhattan has to offer with about 10 times the space.
